Return & Exchange :
Our return policy are very simple.We try our best to provide the best quality products to our customers.Still in case you are not happy with the product(s) and wish to return it, you can do it easily.
WHAT IS KAPDEWALA’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Kapdewala allows return and exchange services for an order within 7 days of delivery.
- We at Kapdewala strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged product, you can simply mail us at kapdewalaofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9891743832.
- Return & Exchange for any order will not processed without sharing photographic and videography evidence of your faulty product. So please share photo and video evidence before placing a replacement or return request.
- We accept a return for all our products only in case you receive a damaged or defective product from our end.
- All returns must be in unused & unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If you received incorrect size of the product we can exchange.
- Return or Exchange is applicable only once per order.
- Orders placed using “Discount Coupon” are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.
- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Also, please mail us at kapdewalaofficial@gmail.com before you return the products to us so that we will be able to process your return request.
- A maximum of Rs.50 will be refunded to you for shipping product(s) back to us in terms of discount on your next purchase.
Eligibility:
Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Defective/Damaged Product (if applicable)
In case you have received a defective or damaged product, you need to inform us about the same within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
Exchange:
You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective, damaged or if you have any issue with the sizing of the product.
What products are not eligible for return or replacement?
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product that does not have the UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging.
Note:In case of dissatisfaction of product(s) please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to us.
